Asterisk CTI
CTI for Asterisk I've seen a few and they are all commercial. For this reason I decided to start a project to develop a client-server solution that meets a series of requirements CTI base.
The project saw an early version - no longer serviced - written entirely in. NET. However, this kind of choice would have brought with him the problem of not being truly multi platform.
After experimenting with GTK #, I decided to change everything. The experience allowed me to choose C + + as a language, as a framework QT and QT Creator development environment.
The key features of this project are:
- Client-server architecture
- Software platform
- Simplicity of design application
- Support for Asterisk 1.4 and Asterisk 1.6
- Scalability and multi-server
Regarding the CTI, the idea is to make available a set of actions for each call queue. Each action can be configured depending on the target operating system.
Each share will expand variables collected through the dialplan of Asterisk, managed by the server and sent to the CTI Client.
For more details, please visit the project page or download the documentation .
Currently the software is still under development and are looking for developers who can participate actively in the development with expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- C / C + + / Qt4.x
- Libraries that implement a SIP stack (eg PJSIP)
- Web development, in particular PHP5 + jQuery
- MySQL
- Documentation and interface translation
Donations are accepted.
