Digium acquires Switchvox
With a press release on its website, Digium announced the acquisition of Switchvox the leading provider of IP PBX systems for small and medium-sized companies.
As written in the note, Danny Windham - Chairman and CEO of Digium - said that "Switchvox has created a market success by providing solutions that have made communication easier, and Digium is known as the creator of Asterisk.
